Live Scan (Fingerprinting)
All adult volunteers must complete Live Scan fingerprinting (once), either at a Live Scan location (typically UPS stores), or at an AYSO sponsored Live Scan event. The process only takes a few minutes.
We will hold an in-person Live Scan event on Saturday, August 23rd from 9am-12pm in the Oak Room at the Arriallaga Family Recreation Center (same time as our equipment pickup event). Please register ahead of time by following the instructions below. If you don’t register ahead of time, you can still walk-in, but you’ll have to fill-out a paper application when you arrive.
If you do not want to come to our live event, you can register for an individual appointment by visiting https://applicantservices.com/ayso
1. Visit https://www.applicantservices.com/ayso-billed
2. Click the “GET FINGERPRINTED AT A SPONSORED AYSO EVENT” button
3. Enter your email address and click “Proceed”
4. They will send you a one-time access code to your email. Go retrieve it and paste it into the resulting window and click “Proceed” again.
5. Enter 2N109 as the region (Menlo Park is Region 109, part of Area 2N) and click “Next”
6. Fill out your Name, DOB, Address, Phone #, and CA Driver’s License and click “Next”
7. Select the “AYSO Special Events (AUGUST 23RD EVENT ONLY) AYSO Region 109 Menlo Park/Atherton Sponsored Fingerprinting Event - AYSO21” Event and click the scheduling button (the little image of a person with a clock)
8. Select a time for your appointment (it doesn’t really matter, you can come anytime during the event from 9am-12pm) and click Next
9. Watch the required video and then accept the Terms and Conditions
10. You will then receive a confirmation that you can print (you will also get an email copy). Please bring the printout or digital copy on your phone to the event.
