Coaches Meeting
The 2025 Fall Core Coaches meeting will be held in-person on Saturday 8/23 (location TBD, but most likely at the Menlo Park City Center).
The meeting will consist of:
A presentation by league administrators and Q&A (~45-60 minutes)
Equipment and uniform distribution
LiveScan fingerprinting event for those that need to complete it
On-field training opportunities
6U and 8U will have 60 minute sessions to help new coaches understand the mini-game format, and provide basic information on running effective practices.
10U and 12U will have training sessions to acquire official coach certification for coaches in those age divisions (that haven’t already completed).
We know that attending an in-person meeting can be less convenient than virtually, but by consolidating the items above on one day, we hope it will be more convenient than having to attend multiple events on multiple days.
