Team Management Apps
Coaches have the option of using one of two platforms for managing their teams, sending comms, tracking player availability/attendance, team tasks (e.g. snack duty).
TeamSnap: This is the app that most coaches have chosen to use in our region.
Stack Team App: This is a NEW option available. It offers many of the same features of TeamSnap, but because it’s integrated with our registration platform it automatically includes your team players (no need to add them manually) and dynamically reflects your game schedule (and uses the same login credentials as ayso109.org).
Coaches may elect to use either option (or neither, if you prefer email only).
After your Division Coordinator has emailed you to notify you that your team has been formed and assigned, please use the form below to indicate which option you want to use. Shortly thereafter you’ll receive an invite

For any event in your schedule, you can choose to assign members to duties (such as snacks, or field setup). Simply select the event and activate the Duty Roster.
Using TeamSnap
Setting Up Your Team
After submitting the form above, if you selected TeamSnap, you should shortly receive an email inviting you as a manager for your team. Once that invite is accepted coaches can login to TeamSnap.com to manage their team. Feel free to update your team name (though please leave the team # prefix, e.g. BU8-1).
Adding players
Coaches can do this step themselves, or add a parent as a manager of their team in TeamSnap (and then ask them to do it). You’ll need to add all your players to your team by following these instructions using the emails provided to you on your team roster. Families will then need to accept their invites.
Additional family member contacts can be added as requested, by following these instructions.
Comms, Team Schedule, Attendance, etc.
Once complete you are ready to manage your team’s activities through TeamSnap, and can avail yourself of its many features.
Managing practice and game schedules, and player availability
Coaches can add their practices and games into the app and ask players to confirm attendance so they can plan lineups or practice activities
