Using WEBAYSO

WEBAYSO is the online system that Region 109 uses to register players and volunteers, schedule and contact referees, and record scores and misconduct reports.  You can find it online at db.webayso.com.

Every referee should establish his or her own account at WEBAYSO.  This is easy to do.  Just go to the site and create an account where it says "Need new account?" on the Login screen.  You will be initially authenticated by providing a telephone number and a child's birth date.  After that you will be asked to establish a new username and password.  Make sure you have "cookies" enabled in your web browser (this will be the case unless you have explicitly turned them off.)  If you are a volunteer referee without an account, please contact the Region Referee Administrator.

Once you have established an account, you can and should use WEBAYSO for the following tasks:

• Update your email address, for the first time, and whenever it changes.
• Register your referee preferences, including the divisions you want to ref, and when you are available to ref.
• Fill out, print, and submit volunteer forms.
• Learn about the U12 - U19 referee assignments that are pending for you.
• For U12 - U19, record game results online, and make misconduct reports if necessary.
• Keep track of what games you have officiated for upgrade requirements.

If you haven't signed and sent in a volunteer form (you probably did on sign-up day), you need to submit one in order to be covered by AYSO insurance.  Please do so immediately via the online system, print it out, and send it to:

Note that Misconduct Reports must be made for all misconduct incidents in U12 and up.

Most of these functions are available under the "Referee" tab in the AYSO main menu.  If this tab doesn't appear in the left-hand column for you, please contact the Region Referee Administrator.

Please note, that in the referee preferences menu, there are no age group choices available for U7 and U9.  Please use U8 and U10 respectively for noting willingness to referee for these age groups.
